"I learned not to trust people; I learned not to believe what they say but to watch what they do; I learned to suspect that anyone and everyone is capable of ‘living a lie’. I came to believe that other people - even when you think you know them well - are ultimately unknowable."
-Lynn Barber (via onlinecounsellingcollege)i basically have the mentality of a puppy when i’m talking to someone on the internet
like if they don’t respond quickly i assume they hate me and are gone forever and we’re never gonna talk again
but then they respond and it’s like i come running in HI HI HOW WAS YOUR DAY I THOUGHT YOU WERE NEVER COMING BACK I LOVE YOU
i have the mentality of a puppy everywhere
except puppies don’t assume you hate them
how does anybody know what puppies assume?
